Healing That Matters is designed to provide educational and self-support resources without asking you to create a detailed medical or mental-health profile. This policy explains how we handle information that may qualify as consumer health data.

What may count as consumer health data
Depending on applicable law, information can be considered consumer health data when it is linked or reasonably linkable to a person and identifies or allows an inference about that person’s physical or mental health.
Because our products relate to trauma, grounding, emotional overwhelm, communication, and self-support, information about which Healing That Matters guide you request, preview, or purchase may reveal or allow an inference about your health-related interests.
Consumer health data we may collect
- the Healing That Matters guide or resource you request, preview, or purchase;
- information showing that you interacted with a page focused on trauma, grounding, emotional regulation, communication, or another health-related topic;
- health-related information you voluntarily include in a support or contact message;

We do not intentionally ask you to provide medical records, clinical diagnoses, medication lists, therapy notes, genetic information, biometric information, or detailed treatment histories.

Why we use consumer health data
